Management Working to Recapitalize Company to Support Ambitious Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Program in Africa


HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - June 29, 2010) - AsherXino Corporation (OTCBB: AXNO) today announces that its common stock began trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol AXNO on Thursday, June 24, 2010. 

AsherXino is an oil and gas exploration and production company, focused on both offshore and onshore prospects in the Gulf of Guinea. AsherXino's strategic objectives will ensure that the Company will offer shareholders a diversified and balanced portfolio of attractive exploration, development and production asset opportunities in the Gulf of Guinea (Nigeria and Ghana). The Company is currently working to finance the projects through a combination of debt and equity financing.
