Pilum AB (Publ.) Pilum and STRABAG enters into Co-operation Agreement

Pilum, a Swedish engineering company providing state of art flue gas treatment
and energy efficiency projects and global contractor STRABAG AG, Austria, with
cutting edge technique for several flue gas treatment applications today enters
into a Co-operation agreement in order to strengthening both parties market
position as the companies complement each other.

The agreement will benefit the global market for projects related to Industry,
Waste to energy and general heat and power productions projects where Pilum has
a strong market position in the Nordic countries and STRABAG has an excellent
market position in Central Europe, CIS states and Asia.

Pilum will through this agreement market STRABAGs well proven and unique
technique for semi dry systems and STRABAG will include Pilums technique for
Flue gas condensation, Bag filters and Heat pumps as well as water treatment
applications, in their offer.
