Moderna Försäkringar has been a part of Tryg since the acquisition in April 2009. Tryg's primary insurance activities in Norway and Finland are established as branches. Thus, changing Moderna into a branch will create a more homogeneous Group structure. Our customers and employees in Sweden will not be affected by the change. Enter Forsikring, Tryg's Norwegian subsidiary, is expected to become a branch as of 1 January 2011.
