HR Technology Demonstration Spots Already Almost 50% Filled at HR Demo Show

Innovative Approach That Makes Software the Star Being Rapidly Embraced by Leading Vendors

EDISON, NJ--(Marketwire - July 7, 2010) -  SharedXpertise, producers of The HR Demo Show, today announced that almost 50% of the vendor demonstration spots are committed for the 2010 event, which will be held in Las Vegas on December 8 - 9.

The new Palazzo at the Venetian will be the site of this innovative approach to HR technology trade shows. The HR Demo Show forgoes the traditional trade show exhibit hall to enable attendees to interact directly with the software applications that are most meaningful to their businesses. Guided demonstrations conducted by top software companies will be held in large, multimedia salons equipped with large video screens and wireless bandwidth. Attendees are welcome to bring their own laptops or access available "loaner" laptops on which to follow the demonstrations.

Intended to be highly interactive, the format encourages attendees to bring their toughest questions to the event and pose them to the presenters. As a result, attendees can condense months of software investigation into hours while also having access to vendors' top product talent.

Elliot Clark, CEO of SharedXpertise, said, "Our theme is less keynotes, more keyboards. HR professionals are very busy to begin with, and have little time to wander around a trade show exhibit hall in hopes of connecting with a senior person at a vendor's booth. The HR Demo Show gives them what they need all in one place. It's an ideal venue for organizations that are seriously considering how to optimize their workforces in this highly competitive climate."

HRO Today magazine's technology columnist and the HR Demo Show's Conference Chair, John Sumser, added, "We've been really pleased by how rapidly our model has been embraced by attendees and vendors. In addition to bringing together the HR Technology industry's buyers and sellers, we're planning to announce some value-add sessions that will give our attendees even more reason to make the HR Demo Show a preferred destination."
