Mr. Farrell has more than 20 years experience in the professional services area. Previously responsible for managing the service organizations in several enterprises, Mr. Farrell has been engaged in all aspects of professional services management, from service delivery and operations to enhancing and optimizing the customer experience Mr. Farrell has been involved with a broad range of diverse services organizations, ranging from the management of single large accounts to integrating a national service delivery organization from multiple acquired entities.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Adelphi University.
