SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2010) - Clairvue Capital Partners announced today that Jonathan Manheim has joined the firm as an Investment Associate. Mr. Manheim will be responsible for executing new investment opportunities and will report to Clairvue's founders, Jeff Giller and Brendan MacDonald

Prior to joining Clairvue Capital Partners, Mr. Manheim had worked at Lubert-Adler, Credit Suisse, and the Kor Group. As a Senior Associate of Acquisitions and Business Development at the Kor Group, Mr. Manheim played a key role in acquiring, developing and managing multifamily, hotel, condominium, retail and office properties. He completed the acquisition and recapitalization of $200MM in assets and managed a portfolio of existing properties and development projects worth over $500MM. Mr. Manheim is a cum laude graduate with a degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
