Today, DFDS A/S has received the below mentioned announcement from A.P. Møller
- Mærsk A/S, CVR no. 22 75 62 14, which is disclosed to the market in
accordance with Section 29(1) (3) of the Danish Securities Trading Act: 

”A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S owns, after completion of rights issue and directed
issue in DFDS A/S and acquisitions as part of DFDS Tor Line Holding AB's
acquisition of 100 % of the share capital of Norfolk Holdings B.V. on 12 July
2010, 4,657,365 shares in DFDS A/S, corresponding to DKK 465,736,500, nominal
value, and 31.3 % of the share capital of DFDS A/S and thus also of the votes
of DFDS A/S.”
