TCU Extends Multi-Year Partnership With Paciolan

Implements Integrated Digital Ticketing, Fundraising and Email Marketing Solutions

IRVINE, CA and FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - July 13, 2010) -  Paciolan, the leading provider of venue enablement in college athletics, announced today that Texas Christian University (TCU) will continue to leverage the company's ticketing software through the extension of a multi-year partnership. With this agreement, TCU will implement digital ticketing services starting this fall with football games at Amon G. Carter Stadium followed by basketball games at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. TCU is also implementing the tFund integrated fundraising system to provide a complete view of season ticket holder and donor activity. Rounding out their comprehensive suite of products, TCU is rolling out the PACMail email marketing tool to efficiently communicate with fans and donors.

"Paciolan has been a great partner to help us raise the bar of technology and services for TCU athletics," said Sean Conner, director of ticket operations, Texas Christian University. "As we prepared for our Tostitos Fiesta Bowl appearance last January, we leveraged the Paciolan system to generate over $100,000 in new donations from bowl ticket sales, while also selling more than 2,000 student tickets online within the first 20 minutes! This year with integrated fundraising and email marketing tools added to our ticketing system, we will continue to enhance our customers' experience, while gaining unique revenue generating opportunities."

With their integrated ticketing and fundraising system, TCU can now offer season ticket holders and donors the ability to manage their accounts online, view priority points, purchase tickets or make a donation online. Adding the integrated email marketing tool, allows TCU to target these customers and deliver them tailored emails with special offers, or exclusive access to presale tickets in advance of the general public. The integrated system also allows TCU to gain a full view of each customer to gain better understanding of every interaction with the athletics department, allowing them to create programs that maximize revenue and enhance customer relationships.

By adding the digital ticketing suite, TCU fans can now purchase tickets online and print them at home for added convenience. If a season ticket holder cannot make a game, they can easily transfer a ticket to a friend, and the friend then receives an email to print the tickets at home. TCU athletics scans the tickets at the game and knows who attended, providing rich marketing data for future promotions and offers.

"We're so excited about the momentum and success that TCU has achieved," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "We look forward to our continued partnership with TCU athletics to take their ticketing, fundraising and marketing initiatives to new heights."
