New employee representative in Chr. Hansen's Board of Directors
In connection with employee representative Malene Lunddal Hansen's resignation
on July 31, 2010, we hereby announce that her substitute member Joergen O.
Nielsen takes over the task as employee representative in Chr. Hansen Holding
A/S' Board of Directors as per July 31, 2010.
Joergen O. Nielsen has been employed with Chr. Hansen for two years and was
elected to the board in January 2010. His position is Director, People
Operations, Stakeholder Relations.
Joergen O. Nielsen served as Senior Manager at H. Lundbeck A/S between 2003 and
2008 and holds an MSc in Finance from Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus
University.
