(Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, today announced that Guy Sava joined the firm's Philadelphia office as a partner in the Industrial Practice, as well as the CEO & Board Practice.
He will be responsible for working with global manufacturing, chemical, energy and other industrial sector clients with searches for their corporate Boards, as well as manage recruiting assignments for executive, general management, and functional leadership positions within the sector. His broad search experience is global including both Private Equity firms and public companies.
Mr. Sava joins Heidrick & Struggles from a global executive search firm, where he served for 10 years as President of its Industrial, Chemical, Energy & Materials Practice, which he successfully built. He was also a member of the Board Service Practice. Prior to his work as an executive search consultant, Mr. Sava held senior executive positions at notable manufacturing companies, including the Rohm and Haas Company and PQ Corporation.
