The decision in the DPTG/TPSA arbitration will not be issued by the Arbitration Tribunal before September 2010

The parties in the DPTG/TPSA arbitration proceedings have been informed by the
Arbitration Tribunal in Vienna that a decision on the award will not be issued
before September 2010 due to logistical reasons. 

GN Store Nord will issue a stock exchange announcement to the market
immediately after receiving a decision from the Arbitration Tribunal. 

Background
GN Store Nord continues to be involved in an arbitration case against
Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (TPSA) through its 75% share of DPTG I/S. The
dispute concerns determination of traffic volumes carried over the NSL fibre
optical telecommunication system in Poland. 

DPTG is entitled to 14.8% of net profits from NSL during the period 1994-2009.
The seat of the Arbitration Tribunal is Vienna, Austria. In April 2009, a final
hearing was held in the Arbitration Tribunal, and in August 2009 the parties
submitted their final post-hearing briefs addressing phase 1 (1994 to
mid-2004). 

Based on DPTG's interpretation of directions issued by the Arbitration Tribunal
for the calculation of traffic on NSL, DPTG has claimed approximately DKK 5.0
billion for phase 1, including accrued interest. Following an award by the
Arbitration Tribunal, DPTG will submit further claims based on the same
methodology for the remaining contract period from mid-2004 to 2009 (phase 2).
TPSA disputes DPTG´s calculations as well as the legal basis of DPTG´s claim.
