Amendments to basic documents of funds managed by "Parex Asset Management" IPAS

The Management Board of "Parex Asset Management" IPAS hereby informs that on 22
July 2010, a decision was adopted on change of a custodian bank for all
investment funds managed by the Company appointing JSC "Citadele banka" as a
custodian bank for all funds; it was also decided  to replace the name "Parex"
with "Citadele" in the names of all funds managed by the Company, introducing
corresponding amendments to the basic documents of the funds managed by the
Company concerning the information on the funds' custodian bank and change in
the funds' names. The amendments have been filed with Financial and Capital
Market Commission and shall become effective as of 2 August 2010. 

Starting with August 2, upon entry into force of these amendments, the names of
the funds managed by "Parex Asset Management" IPAS shall be as follows: 

Open-end investment fund "Citadele Eastern European Fixed Income funds" with 2
sub-funds: 
"Citadele Eastern European Balanced fund" and 
"Citadele Eastern European Bond fund"; 
Open-end investment fund "Citadele Strategic Allocation funds" with 6
sub-funds: 
"Citadele Universal Strategy fund - EUR", 
"Citadele Universal Strategy fund - USD", 
"Citadele Balanced Strategy fund - EUR", 
"Citadele Balanced Strategy fund - USD", 
"Citadele Active Strategy fund - EUR", 
"Citadele Active Strategy fund - USD"; 
Open-end investment fund "Citadele Ukrainian Equity fund"; 
Open-end investment fund "Citadele Russian Equity fund"; 
Open-end investment fund "Citadele Caspian Sea Equity fund"; 
Closed-end investment fund "Citadele Baltic Real Estate fund II";
Closed-end investment fund "Citadele Baltic High Yield fund";
