About Dr. Lovato:
Lovato has deep expertise in the areas of employee relations, lifecycle surveys including on-boarding, engagement and exit surveys, employee retention, linkage research, assessment centers, 360 feedback, and competency model development. Prior to joining Kenexa, he spent six years with Qwest Communications and two years with United Airlines both in organizational effectiveness roles. He also worked with The Home Depot for nearly five years in the OE/Talent Management group, where his last role was as the Senior Manager of Measurement and Analysis with responsibility over employee surveys, program/process evaluations, selection validation, and retention strategies. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees, as well as his doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology, from Colorado State University.
