The Board of Directors of Cimber Sterling Group A/S proposes that the current
members of the Board of Directors of the company be reelected. For personal
reasons, Niels Erik Nielsen does not offer himself for reelection and resigns
from the Board. The Board of Directors further recommends Christian Nielsen for
election as a new member of the Board. His CV is attached. As to the offices
held by the other members of the Board of Directors, we refer to the annual
report, pages 34 and 35.
