FRANK MIR Unveils UFC 119 Walk Out Tee at the Magic Convention and Issues SUFFER Shareholder Updates

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SUFFER (Pink Sheets:ENTK) today announced that FRANK MIR Unveiled his UFC 119 Walk Out Tee at the Magic Convention.

Retailers were really impressed by the new UFC 119 Walk Out Tee for FRANK MIR.  In fact, SUFFER was taking orders at the convention for retailers wishing to carry the new design.  The new design can be seen on the SUFFER website www.sufferapparel.com, and is currently being pre-sold on the site.

Joseph Lewis, President of SUFFER, also put out the following Shareholder Updates to help investors understand the company and its goals:

Apparel Division

The Apparel Division was the first division of SUFFER.  The company launched its first shirt at UFC 111 when FRANK MIR fought Shane Carwin for the Interim Heavyweight Title.  Even though the shirt came out on the day of the event, not allowing for a pre-fight sale, the shirt still sold well and provided great exposure for the company.

Men's Apparel

Since UFC 111 the company has introduced several more designs, all of which are currently sold on the company's website, www.sufferapparel.com.  SUFFER continues to add to its line and anticipates producing 25 to 30 Men's designs available by mid-late fall 2010.

SUFFER is further expanding its Men's division with the addition of shorts, thermals, hats, hoodies, and long sleeve shirts also by mid-late fall 2010.

Women's Apparel

SUFFER debuted the Women's collection at the MAGIC convention in Las Vegas 2010.  The demand for it thus far has surpassed all expectations.  The company is launching 3 designs in September 2010 and plans to expand to 10-15 Women's designs by Late Fall 2010.

SUFFER will also be expanding its women's line to include a line of Summer Dresses to debut Spring 2011.

Fight Gear

SUFFER has been developing and testing several designs of fight gear at the company's private facility, THE SUFFER TRAINING CENTER, in Las Vegas.  The company plans to launch its Fight Gear products later this year.  The types of fight gear will consist of Gloves, Shin Pads, Wraps, Mouth Guards, Head Gear, as well as a line of Fight Cages.

Media Division

SUFFER's Media division is primarily the company's advertising and marketing division.  Currently SUFFER publishes its own magazine to self promote the product lines.  The magazine includes retailers locations, sponsored athletes and potential future sponsored athletes.  The magazine production and distribution costs money are paid for entirely by advertisers.  The company has its sponsored athletes sign the magazine at appearances as a way of long-term advertising.  The media division has the capability of producing television ads, print ads, and publishing books.  SUFFER plans to utilize all of these options for the company in the future.

SUFFER TRAINING CENTER

SUFFER TRAINING CENTER or (STC) is a private training facility that provides multiple purposes for the company.  First, it is the testing ground for any new products the company is producing related to MMA.

Secondly, it is a place for athletes to gather without the pressure of being stalked by the paparazzi or having unauthorized media filming during workouts.

Lastly, it is a tool used by SUFFER as a way to groom up-and-coming fighters for sponsorship by the company.  Many amateurs and pros come to train at the training center and since there are no charges they develop an appreciation towards SUFFER and this in turn provides SUFFER with a chance to sponsor some of the more up-and-coming fighters before the competition can.  It is a grass roots, ground floor approach to sponsorship.  Currently, SUFFER has several amateur MMA athletes that compete in Local Las Vegas "Tuff – N – Uff"  events and have the goal of turning pro.

Other Sports

SUFFER feels that is can set itself apart from its competition in Several Ways.  Obviously the company feels its designs are better, but also the company feels its name is better.  SUFFER started by catering to the MMA fan base because one of its founders FRANK MIR is a Major player in that market place and would grant the company huge immediate exposure that normal startup companies do not have.

The company's goal has always been to transition into other areas of sports as the line gains popularity.  SUFFER plans to expand into the XGAMES market via Skateboarding, Off Road Riding, and BMX Style Competitions.  It also sees itself expanding into Surfing, Football, Basketball, Baseball and Soccer as the company feels it has a name that can cross over, unlike the names of other leading MMA brands.

PROJECTIONS

SUFFER has already announced that since the UFC Fan Expo in the last week of May that it has generated over $50,000 in revenues.  In the company's opinion this is just a glimpse of what it's future revenues will be when the company becomes fully launched.  This revenue was generated from a line comprising of less than 10 men's tee shirts.  With the upcoming expansions and addition of fight gear, sponsoring of additional athletes, and expansion into other sports the company has goals of generating high 7 to 8 figure revenues in 2011.
