MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - August 23, 2010) -  Eastwick Communications continues to strengthen its influencer relations focus with the addition of Google Enterprise executive Ellen Leanse as Vice President. With three decades of experience in social media and business strategy, Leanse brings her strategic skills in influencer dynamics to Eastwick, where she will lead the agency's San Francisco office.

In Leanse's new role, she will work closely with Principal Barbara Bates and Executive Vice President Melissa Neumann to execute new plans for the agency's influencer relations programs. With her strong background in online brand development and enterprise marketing, Leanse will be working closely with client accounts and driving efforts to expand Eastwick's influencer communications services.

Most recently, Leanse led marketing communications for Google Enterprise where she drove social media programs, online, print and integrated campaigns as well as online content. In addition to managing the Google Enterprise blog, she initiated and drove the growth of GoogleAtWork, the group's Twitter presence. 

For over 25 years, Leanse has guided companies in building market share and delivering value to customers, with an emphasis on community marketing, online media, social networks and custom application development. Her strategic marketing, business development, user experience and interactive branding skills have benefited such well-known businesses as, Jajah, Oracle, Samsung and Intuit, among others. She also pioneered the Apple User Evangelist program through outreach to online communities in order to bring in sales along with product and support interactions.
