MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - August 24, 2010) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today that its Fight Club Boxing Series broadcast to 18 countries, including the United States, was a Grand Event. The match, featuring undefeated Felix Diaz, brought the crowd to its feet with each blow. The international exposure the boxing match gained for CGAQ offered a fantastic launch of its online gaming system around the world for countries legally able to participate, as the wagering systems are continued to be built upon for each country in a legal manner.

CEO Steven Swank stated, "The fight was an incredible success. Having ESPN Deportes broadcast it around the world made our name known as we build momentum with our live online gaming."

CGAQ recently retained Catania Gaming Consultants from Atlantic City as the New Jersey Senate and US Senate move forward with online gaming laws in legislation. Further, the company recently completed the computer system upgrades for its live video online gaming and division. The upgrades now allow for more customers to participate while minimizing the chance of bandwidth problems allowing each live video round of roulette to be broadcast in real time. It is CGAQ's goal to ensure the highest standard of online gaming while providing unquestionable integrity for its customers.

Mr. Swank continued, "Launching the site to legal participating citizens throughout the world has taken longer than expected, however we are in this for the long run and wanted to ensure the best service available. We look forward to the launch of our marketing campaigns depicting the differences and integrity of our live video gaming broadcast from Sosua Bay Grand Casino."

Home Video Camera highlights of the fight have been up loaded while CGAQ awaits the formal broadcast version and can be found at the CGAQ Facebook Group at the following link:
