Mikael Solberg steps down as President and CEO of RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS AB

After 14 years with Polarn O. Pyret and slightly more than seven years as
President and Chief Executive Officer of RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS AB, Mikael
Solberg has decided, in consultation with the Board of Directors, to leave his
position in the company. Mikael Solberg will continue to serve as President and
CEO until his replacement has been appointed.

"Mikael has run the company with tremendous drive and his importance to the
build-up of RNB has been considerable. He also guided RNB through a difficult
period in 2008-2009. Now when we have new funding in place, RNB is entering a
new phase. In consultation, the Board of Directors and Mikael have concluded
that the time is now right for a change of management," says Magnus Håkansson,
Chairman of the Board.

"Taking part in the creation of RNB, starting with the formation of Polarn O.
Pyret in 1996, has been a truly exciting and fulfilling experience. In the past
two years, I have been working to ensure that the company receives secure,
long-term financing, which is now in place. In addition, RNB will report a
profit this year. It is now time for a new force to lead the company through the
next phase," says Mikael Solberg, President and Chief Executive Officer.
