Catech AB blir observationsnoterat/Catech AB receives observation status (118/10)

Catech AB (Bolaget) publicerade den 26 augusti 2010 information i sin
delårsrapport om Bolagets styrelses avsikt att kalla till extrastämma för att
ta ställning till ett förslag om ändrad verksamhets¬inriktning. Förslaget
behandlar ett förvärv av Redland Farming och om förvärvet genomförs föreslås
den nuvarande verksamheten flyttas till ett nytt bolag. 

Med anledning av detta beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm att handeln med aktierna i
Catech AB (CATH B, ISIN-kod SE000514655 och orderboks-ID 60156) ska
observationsnoteras. 

Aktierna observationsnoteras fr.o.m. fredagen den 27 augusti 2010.

Catech AB (the Company) published on August 26th 2010, in their half-yearly
report, information about the Board's intention to call for an extra general
meeting to discuss a proposed change in the Company's business. The Board has
proposed an acquisition of Redland Farming and, should the proposal be
approved, the intension to move the Company's current business to a new
company. 

With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that
the shares in Catech AB (CATH B, ISIN-kod SE000514655 and orderbook-ID 60156)
will be given an observation status. 

The shares will be given an observation status with effect from Friday the 27th
of August 2010.
