As the company's former chairman, Mr Palle Svejstrup, retired at the annual
general meeting earlier today, the board of directors afterwards elected Mr.
Ebbe Malte Iversen as the new chairman.
Ebbe M. Iversen is 58 years old, an engineer, CEO of Per Aarsleff A/S, Aarhus,
and chairman of the Danish Construction Association's Export Devision as well
as the Danish Project Export Network, Copenhagen. He is also a board member of
DHI Water & Environment, Hørsholm.
Mr Frank Uhrenholt, who has been a board member since 1995, was elected vice
chairman.
