Member of the Executive Board and head of the Colors & Blends Division,
Executive Vice President Hans Thorkilgaard has decided to leave Chr. Hansen
Holding A/S by the end of September 2010. Hans Thorkilgaard has been with Chr.
Hansen Holding since 1999.
Executive Vice President Carsten Hellmann, Global Sales, will take on the
interim responsibility for the Colors & Blends Division alongside his current
position as head of Global Sales.
“I would like to thank Hans for his great contribution to the development of
Chr. Hansen over the past 11 years, and not least during the past five years as
head of the Colors & Blends Division, where he has helped positioning Chr.
Hansen in the market for natural colors. I wish Hans the best of luck for the
future,” says CEO Lars Frederiksen.
“I have enjoyed working in Chr. Hansen and being part of the transition of the
company. After the successful IPO and after having been in charge of the Colors
& Blends Division while growing the natural colors business from moderate to
solid, I have found it to be the right time for me to look for new
opportunities,” says Hans Thorkilgaard.
Chr. Hansen's Board of Management will consist of Lars Frederiksen, Henning
Jakobsen, Knud Vindfeldt, Henrik Dalbøge, Carsten Hellmann, Winnie Bügel and
Jesper Allentoft.
