Munters AB blir observationsnoterat/Munters AB receives observation status (147/10)

Alfa Laval AB offentliggjorde den 6 september 2010 ett pressmeddelande med
information om ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Munters AB.
Enligt gällande regelverk blir ett bolag noterat på NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
observationsnoterat om bolaget är föremål för ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande
eller om en budgivare har offentliggjort sin avsikt att lämna ett erbjudande
med avseende på bolaget. 

Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att 
aktierna i Munters (MTRS, ISIN-code SE0000416604, orderbook-ID 1025) ska
observationsnoteras. Aktierna observationsnoteras fr.o.m. idag den 6 september
2010. 

Alfa Laval AB published on September 6th, 2010 a press release with information
about a public offer to the shareholders in Munters AB. The current rules of
NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB state that a listed company will be given an
observation status if the company is subject to a public offer or if a bidder
has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company. 
	
With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that
the shares in Munters (MTRS, ISIN-code SE0000416604, orderbook-ID 1025) will be
given an observation status. The shares will be given an observation status
with effect from today September 6th 2010.
