RWE AG fell below the threshold of 3 % on 31.08.2010 and amounts to 2,59 %
(13,539,321 voting shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1
sent. 1 N° 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
