                             Update on NASA contract

Because   of   significant   changes  in  the  National  Aeronautics  and  Space
Administration (NASA) programmes, Wackenhut Services Inc. (WSI), a subsidiary of
G4S,  the world's  leading security  solutions group,  has been informed by NASA
that its consolidated, agency-wide procurement of a protective services contract
for  14 NASA sites has  been cancelled. NASA  states that the original rationale
that supported the agency-wide consolidation is no longer valid.

WSI  will  continue  to  supply  protective  services  at six NASA sites via its
existing contracts.
