MMRGlobal Installs MMRPro in Beverly Hills Surgical Center Accessed by More Than 30 Physicians

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 16, 2010) - MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) (www.mmrprovideos.com) announced today that it has installed its web-based MMRPro professional solution for digitizing medical records (www.mmrpro.com) in the Spalding Surgical Center of Beverly Hills. The specific installation is being announced after months of custom development and the addition of more enhanced features necessary to support surgery centers. MMRPro will allow more than 30 physicians working out of the Center to have access to patient documentation regardless of the system currently used in their other offices. The system enables the Center to receive medical records securely from all their treating physicians. The system also cost-effectively digitizes and securely uploads medical records and makes them available to their patients in real time.

"Surgery Centers represent a significant and extended revenue opportunity for MMR," said Robert H. Lorsch, MMRGlobal Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In this installation, as many as thirty physicians will now have the ability to use MMR's proprietary technology in one place. This exposes them to the features and benefits of MMRPro without having to necessarily sell directly into 30 offices. The Spalding Surgical Center of Beverly Hills also works in conjunction with 28 additional surgical centers with varying number of doctors, across the U.S. giving MMRGlobal and our Kodak sales organization a greater opportunity. Selling a customized MMRPro system was not previously part of the Company's marketing strategy.

According to John R. Seitz, Chairman & CEO, Ambulatory Surgical Group, LLC, "The MMRPro solution supported by Kodak and the ScanStation 520MDP represents a first major step into converting our patient documents into electronic medical records. The ease of use, image quality, and reliability is reassuring and saves time and costs during our evolution to an electronic environment."

Surgery Centers may also participate in the MMRPro stimulus program. As a result a surgery center can participate in hundreds of thousands of dollars of recurring upgrade revenue from dozens of physician's at any given time versus the 2 or 3 physicians in a typical MMRPro Group Practice installation. The MMRPro Stimulus Program provides funds to physicians, hospitals and alternative care facilities for patient upgrades to a full blown MyMedicalRecords.com Personal Health Record (www.mmrvideos.com), in addition to Stimulus Monies provided by the federal government.

The Company has also signed an Agreement with to offer services through Accreditation Services Inc. to offer MMRPro as part of their compliance tools to begin offering MMRPro to more than additional 20 surgery center clients.
