As required by § 185(2) of the Estonian Securities Market Act, on 16 September 2010, East Capital Asset Management AB, have informed the Company that they have acquired of 150 000 shares on 15 September 2010, which increases East Capital group's shareholding in AS Ekspress Grupp to 5.43% percent.
