(PINKSHEETS: TYTN) would like to announce that President Mark Leonard has just returned from a 14-day trip to China where his exclusive distribution agreement for the 40 hp Crawler with the "Power Down" feature has been renewed. "Power Down" is where the 3pt arms have downward pressure as well as upward. This allows the Crawler to be able to sink a plow into the dirt with ease.

Additionally, Tytan Holdings has been notified by Patent Authority firm Merchant & Gould that a key portion of their PTO Chipper has been granted passage in a final portion which includes the Feed Roller Drive System.
