Mr. Zolkin's experience and successful track record over many years in leveraged finance, integrates well with Imperial's full platform of investment banking services, and enhances Imperial's continuing push into the high yield segment. Mr. Zolkin has over 15 years of experience in the securities industry with expertise in global leveraged finance, distressed debt, restructuring and special situation transactions. Before joining Imperial, Mr. Zolkin was a Managing Director and co-founder of the debt capital markets group at Global Hunter Securities and was previously a senior banker in the Leveraged Finance group at Jefferies.
