Nordicom has received an announcement from following shareholders:

HFI af 27.9.2010 ApS owns 2,532,193 shares, representing 21.1 % of
the share capital. 

SB Holding 2009 ApS (a subsidiary of ALMC hf., Iceland) owns 2,194,892 shares,
representing 18.3 % of the share capital. 


After the capital increase these shareholders no longer owns more than 5% of
capital:
