Incarnation Center Asks: How Big a Change Will the 2010 Elections Bring?

New York Times' David Brooks and Newsweek's Jon Meacham to Discuss Election Outlook at Fundraising Event in New York City

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - October 12, 2010) -  No one doubts that the 2010 Congressional elections will be closely watched by partisans on both sides of the political divide. On Wednesday, October 20, at St. James Church in New York City, David Brooks, the celebrated New York Times columnist, best-selling author and TV personality, and Pulitzer Prize-winning author and Editor of Newsweek Jon Meacham will debate the issues that will drive American politics from this election through the 2012 Presidential election cycle.

The duo will appear at this fundraiser for the Incarnation Center of Ivoryton, CT to benefit the Center's well established programs: Incarnation Camps, operator of America's oldest co-ed camp; Incarnation Conference Center, which hosts thousands of adult guests each year; and Bushy Hill Nature Center, which provides innovative outdoor education programs.

"This promises to be an amazing evening of political analysis, commentary and humor," said Marcus DeFlorimonte, the event's Chair. "David and Jon are noted political commentators in their own right, but they are also friends who will come together for this one night to help raise money for a great cause."

The event is at St. James Church located at 71st Street and Madison Avenue on Wednesday, October 20. Doors open at 6:00 pm. The dialogue will promptly begin at 7:00 pm and end at 8:30 pm. Refreshments will be available before the event. Tickets begin at $75 a person.
