eQuest Now Offers Most Comprehensive OFCCP Compliance Network of Statewide and Local Unemployment Offices

SAN RAMON, CA--(Marketwire - October 12, 2010) -  eQuest today announced that it has completed one of its most comprehensive undertakings -- connecting its job posting delivery system to thousands of state and local unemployment offices; local and state organizations/associations, universities/colleges, vocational rehabilitation centers, and school districts -- in order to provide its customers with one of the broadest OFCCP job posting compliance network in the United States.

Thousands of job delivery locations are managed by eQuest including Veterans and disability sites, diversity, and local one-stop centers. Each job posting is uniquely tracked and stored for OFCCP audits.

As an added feature eQuest assures jobs are being delivered to the correct state and local destinations by automatically calibrating the job location based on state, city, and zip code. eQuest's delivery system will perform a 50-mile square radius search of offices and organizations around the job location and forward the jobs to these state and local facilities.

Reporting, a key component to Compliance posting, is provided in detail with verification of delivery of each job by posting dates, job requisition number, and job title, including the destinations to which each job was delivered.

Employers with more than $100,000 in federal contracts or subcontracts are required to provide equal opportunity and affirmative action when hiring. One of these affirmative action obligations includes listing job openings with the nearest State Job Service, a one-stop career center, other appropriate service delivery points, or the local employment service office.

Courtney Weaver, Director of eQuest's Compliance Division, said, "Our customers demand an OFCCP job posting service that will hold up in compliance audits. Our system was built to ensure jobs are reaching every potential candidate in the region where the job is located. We feel strongly about getting America working again and through our vast network of local destinations we hope we can be instrumental (along with our customers) in making sure every opportunity is seen by as many people as possible."

eQuest's Compliance Solution is a single streamlined solution to help employers meet their OFCCP job posting obligations, and increase the Company's advertising exposure as a diverse employer in the marketplace.

The solution is offered through eQuest's ATS and ERP partnerships.
