McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union Names Sharon Warshany as Business Development Executive

EAST WINDSOR, NJ--(Marketwire - October 14, 2010) -  McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union (MHFCU) has just announced that Bordentown resident Sharon Warshany has joined the credit union to fill the newly created position of Business Development Executive. Warshany will be responsible for increasing the number of companies, known as Select Employee Groups, or SEGs, whose employees can bank with MHFCU.

Warshany's outreach efforts about the benefits of credit union membership will target mid-sized organizations of up to 10,000 employees.

"With its higher interest rates on accounts and lower service fees, offering the financial services of a credit union to employees can be a powerful selling tool for companies competing for talent. More importantly, it can help organizations keep employees," states Warshany.

Before joining MHFCU, Warshany worked for the Extensis Group, a professional employer business located in Woodbridge that provides administrative support services to businesses. For nearly 13 years prior to that, she was employed by Kepner-Tregoe, an international training company.

Warshany graduated from Georgian Court University with a degree in Business Administration. She also received certification in International Marketing from the same university.

McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit member owned financial institution. It began serving the employees of McGraw-Hill over 75 years ago. Today, McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union serves the employees of over 100 companies, including Siemens, Williams-Sonoma, Radio City Music Hall, Emblem Health, Bowne, Gensler, Depository Trust C Corp., and the National Hockey League.
