BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - October 19, 2010) - Organica Music Group (OMG) announced today they have hired Jordan McGraw, Dr. Phil's son, as VP of A&R. Jordan is currently signed to the label as a primary songwriter to the publishing division. He has been writing with various OMG artists including Margo Rey and Crystal Harris as well as recording songs on his own. "Jordan has proven to be a huge asset to the label," stated OMG's president Michael Blakey. "He has an amazing ability to recognize great talent." Jordan will continue to work as a singer/songwriter and produce and develop music on his own as well as develop new talent for OMG.

Jordan McGraw originally hails from Dallas, TX and began playing the piano in the first grade. At the age of 15, Jordan moved to Los Angeles with his family when his father, Dr. Phil McGraw, began hosting a daytime talk show. It was at this time when Jordan fell in love with his current instrument of choice, the guitar. Jordan has toured with "The Upside" as lead guitarist and vocals and "72." Jordan McGraw currently serves as ambassador to Little Kids Rock Across America -- an initiative designed to restore, revitalize and enhance musical programs in schools in 10 cities across the country.
