Atlas Copco increases the presence in the Middle East

Stockholm, Sweden, October 19, 2010: Today, Atlas Copco inaugurates an
expanded customer center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The expanded customer center, Atlas Copco Services Middle East OMC, will
gather the Group's products and services under one roof and provide a
new competence center for sales and service across the United Arab
Emirates.
“With this new customer center in Dubai we create a single point of
contact for our customers. It also illustrates our long-term commitment
to this region,” says Stephan Kuhn, Business Area President Atlas Copco
Compressor Technique.
The customer center will offer compressed air, gas and process, power
generation, construction and mining equipment as well as specialty
rental and all related aftermarket service. It will also support offices
in Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al-Khaimah.The customer center will
employ approximately 40 people.
