Edgewater Fullscope Participates in Microsoft Partner Channel Builder Program

Company Will Co-Sell Two Invensys Operations Management Products

ATHENS, Ala., Oct. 19, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Fullscope, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Edgewater, Inc. (Nasdaq:EDGW) (http://www.edgewater.com) and leading Microsoft Dynamics AX reseller, has entered into a partnership with Invensys Operations Management to promote and sell the Avantis enterprise asset management system and Wonderware manufacturing execution system to chemical processing and industrial equipment manufacturers (IEM). Both companies are Microsoft Gold Certified Partners, and the partnership is a result of participation in the Microsoft Partner Channel Builder Program.

The Microsoft Partner Channel Builder Program is an initiative developed for Microsoft by AEUSA International Marketing (AIM) that brings together Microsoft Dynamics ISVs and resellers to deliver industry-specific solutions tailored to the needs of mid-market clients. "The structure and facilitation provided by this program have been instrumental in helping us identify partners with whom we can jointly go to market and bring the most value to our clients," said Invensys Alliances Director Kathleen Regan. "As a new Microsoft Dynamics ISV, we are delighted to have Microsoft taking such a pro-active approach to enabling us to form this partnership with Edgewater Fullscope."

"The Invensys Operations Management products are a natural extension for Microsoft Dynamics AX enterprise resource planning (ERP) customers who face plant scheduling and equipment optimization challenges," said Russell Smith, senior vice president, Edgewater Fullscope. "This tighter relationship with Invensys not only allows us to offer an extended solution for the chemicals and IEM industries, it lets us leverage our strong, joint relationship with Microsoft to offer a low total cost of ownership to our customers."

Under the terms of the partnership, Fullscope will promote the Invensys Operations Management solutions to chemical and IEM companies with focused marketing and sales activities. Fullscope and Invensys Operations Management already share several joint customers.
