(PINKSHEETS: ADBI), through its 50% investment in Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc., (Subsea), announces that the first small-scale prototype of its BOPstopper has been delivered, designed for Containing Subsea Oil Spills Caused by a Defective Blowout Preventer (BOP) Stack.

A "BOPstopper" is designed to substantially isolate a defective blowout preventer (BOP) stack that spews oil and/or gas from the ocean by completely circumventing and encasing the defective BOP.
