The research reveals the strategies companies use to meet their performance management requirements. Aberdeen's research found that, of SAP customers surveyed who use Auto-ID:

  • Eighty-one percent (81%) apply tags in multiple operating environments and across multiple layers (items, cases, palettes, containers, and transport vehicles)
  • Ninety-seven percent (97%) involve knowledgeable consultants or systems integrators in the building and implementation of their solution
  • Seventy percent (70%) also use SAP's Business Intelligence products
