eQuest's New Chameleon(TM) Job Posting Tool Is Loaded With New Feature Innovations Lead by Spendometer(TM)

SAN RAMON, CA--(Marketwire - October 26, 2010) - eQuest today announced the release of the first group of features packaged into its newly developed Chameleon job posting application. eQuest is the leading international job posting distributor for the Fortune 500.

Leading the way is the patent-pending, Spendometer™.

Spendometer is an auto-evaluation program that will measure candidate response trending based on the group of job boards selected by the recruiter prior to posting. Spendometer will search eQuest's vast database of analytics to determine which boards received the lowest candidate responses -- based on similar jobs and locations previously posted by eQuest's aggregated user base in the past 30-day period.

If the recruiter deselects any of the worst performing boards, the job board cost savings is rendered on the screen in real-time, recorded and available to the company each month in aggregated savings across all recruiters posting for that company.

eQuest reports that most recruiters select on average between three to six job boards per delivery. If the Spendometer is utilized with each posting and at least a single board is removed per post, a typical eQuest customer could realize a savings of $50,000 to $100,000 annually -- based on the amount of jobs posted per year.

Other features include:

  • Real-time Candidate Tracking -- records and stores the number candidates responding to each job from each job board; viewable in real-time on the Chameleon dashboard.
  • Successful Job Posting Tracking -- all job deliveries are tracked real-time and viewable as each job appears at the job board location. A tracking beacon is provided to enable users to click-and-view their job at the board from within the Chameleon application.
  • Job Post Scheduling can be utilized to take advantage of high traffic job board days in the future. Job postings created on a Friday night can be scheduled for delivery later the following week to ensure the posting is in the highest placement when candidates search for jobs.
  • Job Expiration Notices are available in real-time from within Chameleon. Keeps users notified of pending job expirations at the boards.
  • Morphing technology allows companies to blend Chameleon into its existing HR or business tools for seamless, undetected interaction and processing.
  • Customers without HR products can reach Chameleon easily on the Internet as a stand-alone job posting system.

Additional automation and features are planned for release in the first quarter of 2011.
