Today Sparekassen Faaborg has received an announcement from the Group of Fonden
for Sparekassen Faaborg that Spar Fyn Invest IV, a subsidiary of Fonden for
Sparekassen Faaborg, has sold its holding of Sparekassen Faaborg shares and no
longer is a major shareholder in Sparekassen Faaborg. The holding was 93,500
shares corresponding to 7.79 percent of the share capital.
However, being bought by the parent the majority of the shares remain in the
group holding of Sparekassen Faaborg shares now amounting to 507,354 shares
corresponding to 45.30 percent of the share capital.
