general meeting in 2012 on the following dates:
Announcement of Financial Results and Annual Report 2011.... February 9, 2012
Annual general meeting...................................... March 27, 2012
Interim Report - First Quarter 2012......................... May 10, 2012
Interim Report - First Half 2012............................ August 7, 2012
Interim Report - First Nine Months 2012..................... October 30, 2012
Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on
Danske Bank's website, www.danskebank.com.
Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general
meeting on
March 27, 2012, must submit the proposal(s) to the Chairman and/or the Board of
Directors Secretariat not later than Thursday, February 16, 2012, at 4pm.
