DEALING BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The company has been notified that Winnie Kin Wah Fok a director of and person
discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc, purchased 20,000 ordinary
shares of G4S plc in the UK today. The shares were purchased at £2.582 per
share.
