IRVINE, CA and RICHMOND, VA--(Marketwire - November 10, 2010) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) has renewed its partnership with the company. VCU has added Paciolan's Access Management, digital ticketing and PACMail systems to its athletic department. These new technology additions will allow fans to purchase tickets online and print them at home alleviating the need to stand in long lines to buy tickets.

"The quality of Paciolan's ticketing system and the opportunity to add other valuable features made our decision to continue working with them an easy one," said David Benedict, executive associate athletic director, Virginia Commonwealth University. "Paciolan consistently delivers quality solutions and the highest level of customer service paired with the opportunity to expand exceptional services to our customers."

VCU will implement digital ticketing for basketball games at the Siegel Center, as well as other outside events, including concerts, family events, graduation ceremonies and more.

Paciolan's PACMail system will allow VCU to brand their communications with students, season ticket holders and donors and deliver unique offers to sell more tickets and increase awareness of events.

"Email is the most efficient way to communicate with our fans, and we couldn't be more excited to get PACMail in order to bolster our brand and maximize results," continued Benedict.

"We're extremely pleased to be continuing our relationship with VCU," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "The addition of our Digital Ticketing and PACMail systems will create a 'win-win' for both the athletic department and VCU fans alike."
