The new version introduces a customizable, unified voice mail and PBX dashboard called Spotlight, vector and VDN support for Avaya's Communication Manager, and expanded mobility support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Existing support for other PBX and voice mail systems has also been enhanced in the new version.
