NCC sells office project in Copenhagen for SEK 760 million

NCC Property Development has sold a combined office and retail project
in central Copenhagen for SEK 760 million. The buyer is PKA, which will
assume ownership of the project in pace with completion.

The project comprises a total of 29,000 square meters of floor area, of
which office space accounts for 21,000 square meters, retail space for
3,000 square meters and an underground parking garage for 5,000 square
meters. Some 7,643 square meters of floor space has already been leased
to Dan-Ejendomme A/S, which will assume occupancy in May 2012. NCC
Property development is responsible for having the entire project
leased.

The project is being implemented as a turnkey contract by NCC
Construction Denmark. Construction will commence in November 2010 and
the project is scheduled for completion by summer 2012.

The project is adjacent to Flintholm Station and will provide direct
access to the station's platform. A few retail stores are planned for
the platform and for the street level. Floors one to six will comprise
office space, conference premises and a cafeteria.
