The Board of Directors of Orco Germany S.A. held a meeting on 11th November
2011 in Paris and resolved to elect a new management of the Company. The
Board of Directors appointed Mr. Jean-Francois Ott as CEO of Orco Germany
S.A. It also appointed Mr. Nicolas Tommasini as Deputy CEO and Mr. Brad
Taylor as Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs of Orco Germany S.A. The
Board of Directors believes that the appointment of the new management
improves the Company's efficiency and leadership. The change of the board
is a consequence of Rainer Bormann, former CEO, not renewing his contract.
Mr. Ott is the founding partner of Orco Property Group S.A. in 1991. Based
in Paris, he is managing the Orco Property Group's strategy, new business
development, group finance issues as well as banking and investors
relations. Mr. Ott has 18 years of experience both in real estate
development and business in Central Europe. He started Orco Property Group
in 1991. Since then, Mr. Ott has developed Orco in Eastern and Central
Europe, notably in Budapest, Warsaw and Moscow. Mr. Ott decided to enter
Germany in 2004, first with the acquisition of a portfolio of buildings in
Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, then with the acquisition of GSG and few major
development projects such as Wertheim on Leipziger Platz. In 15 years he
realized the acquisition, development and financing of more than 100
projects.
Mr. Tommasini, based in Paris, was involved in business development in
Eastern and Central Europe prior to joining Orco Property Group. Mr.
Tommasini has been working for Orco Property Group since 1997. He has held
several senior roles since then. From 2004, Mr. Tommasini has been
co-leading the creation and the development of Orco Germany, most
particularly on the GSG acquisition, restructuring and development. In
2007, Mr. Tommasini was named responsible for strategy and special projects
of the group, based in Paris. Since February 2009, Mr. Tommasini serves as
Deputy CEO and Group CFO. Mr. Tommasini manages the investment and
partnership transaction, overlooks ORCO Germany, Group Financial Reporting
& Consolidations, Group Cash Management, leads local countries' CFOs, heads
Group Legal and Group Business Planning and Investor Relations functions.
Mr. Taylor, based in Paris, has been a licensed attorney in the United
States for more than eleven years. He practiced law with international law
firms such as Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Houston and Greenberg
Traurig in Dallas. He worked with the private equity firm Holland Park
Capital in Austin before moving to Paris in 2007 to work with Orco Property
Group as Deputy to the CEO, Jean-François Ott. He currently serves as Orco
Property Group's Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs.
