IT - Genium INET - Corrections of incorrectly populated OMnet API fields for BO5 and BD6 (183/10)

As previously communicated, NASDAQ OMX has discovered two issues concerning the
broadcasts BO5 and BD6 in the Genium INET OMnet API 2.0.0200. 

Corrections of both issues will be implemented in the Production system on
Monday December 6, 2010. Please note that this replaces the previously
communicated implementation dates in IT Notices 172/10 and 174/10. 

Both corrections have been implemented in External Test System 1 and 3 and can
now be verified by members and ISV's.
