via shares its Voting Rights on Vossloh AG, Werdohl, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007667107, WKN: 766710, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 19, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.76% (this
corresponds to 703804 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.76% of
