Turnover of Apranga Group in November 2010

The retail turnover (including VAT) of the leader of retail apparel market in
Lithuania and the Baltic States Apranga Group has made LTL 33.6 million (EUR
9.7 million) in November 2010, and has increased 16.5% in comparison to
November 2009. 

In November 2010 the turnover of Apranga Group in Lithuania was LTL 22.1
million (EUR 6.4 million) and has increased 17.3%, in Latvia it was LTL 7.5
million (EUR 2.2 million) and has increased 11.3%, and in Estonia was LTL 4.0
million (EUR 1.1 million) and has increased 22.4% in comparison to November
2009. 

The retail turnover of Apranga Group increased in the fourth month in a row: in
August - 2.4%, in September - 18.4%, in October - 10.1%, in November - 16.5%. 

The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga Group has made LTL 346.6 million
(EUR 100.4 million) in January through November 2010 or 3.0% less than in 2009. 

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock
Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
