Cecilia Lundin Appointed New Director of Human Resources at Tele2 AB

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today
announced that Cecilia Lundin has been appointed new Director of Human Resources
at Tele2 AB. Cecilia Lundin succeeds Kristina Vallin as she will be leaving the
company.

Cecilia Lundin has a strong background from her previous roles as HR
Director/Senior Vice President at Billerud AB and HR Manager Nordic Region at
Novartis Sweden AB.
