Cryptzone Group acquires SE46 for its "Virus killer" technology

Gothenburg/Stockholm, 7 December 2010

Cryptzone Group's expansion strategy continues with the purchase of well-
established Swedish IT security company, SE46 AB. SE46 provides solutions for
the protection of IT infrastructure with their innovative Computer Integrity
System (CIS) and Application Inventory System (AIS) solutions.

"SE46's leading compliance and protection solutions will extend the current
Cryptzone Group security portfolio with the addition of their "Virus-Killer"
whitelisting and application trust technology. The challenge of protecting
networks and computers against viruses and malware grows everyday encouraging
many companies to change their approach and turn to whitelisting.

"SE46's whitelisting technology is one of the best protection methods currently
available on the market," says Peter Davin, CEO of Cryptzone "Today we have over
850 customers with more than 1 million global users who now have the chance to
protect themselves against viruses and malware as an extension to their existing
software. We are strengthening our high-end corporate IT security offering
through this acquisition and is enabling the Cryptzone Group to expand its reach
into new markets, secure new platforms and proves that we are willing to invest
further from a development and sales perspective."

"This merger marks the beginning of another exciting chapter for us. SE46
currently provides the most secure whitelisting product on the market and by
joining forces with Cryptzone Group, we can now extend our reach to the global
market and further develop new pioneering products within whitelisting
technology," says Fredrik Åhgren, CEO of SE46 AB.

Whitelisting is a promising new approach in the fight against malware and
viruses, where well-known antivirus products have failed to stop over 30% of new
viruses. It is gaining more attention from security departments than ever before
because businesses have understood the concept of whitelisting and its benefits,
which makes adoption easier.

SE46's product, CIS, prevents the start of any unknown application, thus
requiring all software to be inspected and approved beforehand. This way,
infected or unwanted programs are effectively prevented from causing damage. The
technology is used to protect servers, endpoints, medical devices, industrial
robots, production systems, payment/transaction systems and defence equipment.
SE46 is represented through a number of partners including Kerfi and Logica. CIS
is provided to large companies and government agencies that require high IT
security standards. With over 50 European customers based on the Microsoft
Windows® operating system and several embedded OEM contracts, SE46 has
considerable growth potential with a structurally strong position in their home
market. The potential of the product will now be realized and introduced to the
global market by Cryptzone Group's worldwide sales force and network of more
than 150 partners.

The Cryptzone Group is making waves through its latest industry acquisitions as
well as partnerships and amassing an impressive portfolio of security products
that will help strengthen its position in the consolidating security market.

Cryptzone Group is acquiring SE46 AB for 2 750 000 SEK, which is paid with newly
issued shares. SE46 already has, before the acquisition, secured revenue for 3
MSEK during 2011 regarding OEM deals which, due to its nature, is expected to
generate revenue in the future as well. The acquisition is expected to generate
a positive cash flow and result already before integration with the Cryptzone
Group. Cryptzone assumes control over SE46 on the 7th of December 2010.
